Write a guide

The guides people actually use are specific: one neighbourhood, one meal, one afternoon. Write plainly — no formatting needed, just leave a blank line between paragraphs.

✍ How to write here — the rules search engines and AI assistants reward

The first paragraph answers the question outright. Say what this is, with something concrete — a place name, a number, a location. It must make sense quoted alone: snippets and AI answers lift one passage, and they prefer the first one that is complete.

Context comes second. History, opinion and colour belong in paragraph two and onward — never before the answer.

Every section stands alone. Descriptive headings, complete facts inside each section, and never “as mentioned above” — the reader of a lifted passage has no “above”.

Facts, stated plainly, and only real ones. “Kutab is cooked to order on the saj” beats “an unforgettable culinary journey”. No invented prices, opening hours or dishes — a wrong fact on a listing is worse than a missing one.

Meta description ≤ 160 characters. Usually the first sentence of your lead, tightened. The title puts the subject first and stays under 60 characters.

At least a couple of paragraphs. Mention places by name and we will link them for you.

Published under your name once an editor has read it.
